Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Coil Shop manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues using Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and quality tools.
• Implement process improvements that increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to support operational objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
