Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis) modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Design and develop functional specifications for system enhancements and customizations.
• Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions and integration points.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI/CO processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers) to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Participate in project planning, status reporting, and client presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and best practices in finance and controlling.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and proposal development when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA) functionalities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of core business processes in financial accounting and management accounting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• SAP certifications in FI or CO are a strong asset.
• Proficiency in English is a plus for client interaction.
