A leading company in manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to handle machine programming and operations. The role involves interpreting blueprints, setting CNC machines, and applying advanced programming skills. Ideal candidates have a strong background in mechanics and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Proficiency in Mastercam 3D or Multi-axis programming.
• Experience in aluminum T6 cutting management.

Responsabilidades

• Reading and interpreting design blueprints.
• Programming the CNC machine and adjusting settings.
• Ensuring specifications are met.

Conocimientos

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Proficiency in Mastercam 3D

Experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks

Handling machine tools

Use of measuring tools

Knowledge of analytical geometry

Experience with Fanuc controls

Familiarity with Sinumerik controls

Basic knowledge of Siemens PLC

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Educación

Mechanic/Industrial or similar school background

This position is responsible for reading and interpreting design blueprints, programming the CNC machine, and adjusting the machine settings until the desired specifications are met.

Requirements:

• Mechanic/Industrial or similar school background.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.

Job Skills:

• Proficiency in Mastercam 3D or Multi-axis programming.
• Experience with AutoCAD/SolidWorks for tooling and fixtures design.
• Handling machine tools such as milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, band saws, etc.
• Use of measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, high gauges, etc.
• Knowledge of analytical geometry for 5-axis machining.
• Experience with Fanuc controls for Makino, Okuma, Mori.
• Familiarity with Sinumerik controls.
• Basic knowledge of Siemens PLC and Allen Bradley systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in aluminum T6 cutting management.
