Una empresa líder en fabricación de válvulas busca un técnico de máquinas-herramientas con experiencia en la industria metalúrgica. El candidato ideal debe tener conocimientos en programación CNC y estándares API, así como una sólida formación en ingeniería mecánica o industrial. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno innovador y de alta calidad, contribuyendo al desarrollo de productos de vanguardia.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la misma posición.
• Experiencia en la industria metalúrgica.
• Conocimiento de técnicas y métodos de herramientas.

We have developed a state-of-the-art facility centrally located in Mexico City. All NDE capabilities are brought in-house to provide the best quality valves and services with very short delivery times. We own all our patterns and designs, remaining committed to continuous product improvement, training, and technological advances. We have a strategic alliance with our principal foundries, located a few hours away, to ensure superior service and continued quality in our valves.

Our valves are manufactured following major international standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, NACE, MSS-SP, among others, and comply with our End Users' specific specifications and requirements.

Xanik valves are included in the Approved Manufacturer List (AML) of major End Users and valve distributors, and are installed in over 40 countries worldwide.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Machine-tool technician, mechanical or industrial engineering graduate
2. At least 3 years of experience in the same position
3. Experience in the metalworking industry
4. Knowledge of valve manufacturing and API standards
5. Proficiency in EdgeCam and CNC programming
6. Experience with cutting tools
7. Knowledge of ISO programming (software and machine setup)
8. Understanding of tooling techniques and methods
