Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures production volume, cost and quality of production and production schedules are met.
• Organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets.
• Constantly monitors production processes and staffing levels and implements production schedules, methods, and processes.
• Identifies problems and proposes solutions and/or improvements of the production process.
• Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within production operations.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Receives assignments in the form objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
• Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Supervises Support track employees and may occasionally perform similar work as their subordinates.
