FLF is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead executive growth strategy and enterprise scaling from our Guadalajara hub. You will oversee brand equity, budget allocation, and cross-functional performance across marketing and intake operations.

You will shape the regional growth roadmap, manage agency networks, and ensure compliant, high-impact advertising across digital and traditional channels, driving profitability and market expansion.

Formación

• 10+ years in executive marketing leadership with growth scaling experience.
• Experience managing large media budgets across digital and traditional channels.
• Deep understanding of enterprise growth, agency partnerships, and nearshore operations.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and execute the firm’s comprehensive growth strategy across California DMAs.
• Manage total marketing P&L and multi-channel budgets (Digital, TV, Radio, Billboards).
• Drive metrics like CPRC, CAC, ROAS/ROI and oversee brand and media investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to enable scalable growth.
