The Cloud Resiliency Engineer will support customers by focusing on improving the reliability, continuity, and recoverability of their cloud environments. The architect will leverage deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resiliency, including designing and evaluating Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs).
This role involves assessing cloud infrastructure and resiliency processes end-to-end, identifying risks, aligning with best practices, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance customer resilience. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
