Resideo is seeking a Senior Advanced Reliability Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, build an IaC environment, and monitor overall system health. The role emphasizes cloud and DevOps culture across the organization.

The successful candidate will work with Azure or AWS, Linux/Windows, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tools while enhancing observability via Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, and DataDog. Hybrid work is available and global collaboration is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience administering Windows and/or Linux environments in enterprise settings.
• 3+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform preferred).
• Strong expertise in observability/monitoring tools to ensure performance and reliability.
• Experience managing distributed, high-availability systems across regions and containers.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain public cloud infrastructure using Azure or AWS.
• Build and maintain IaC environments with Terraform or ARM Templates.
• Automate IT tasks using Ansible, Chef or equivalent tools; manage containerized apps with Helm/Kubernetes.
• Deliver and deploy using Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Octopus, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Implement observability and monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, DataDog or similar.
• Manage outages, perform RCA, and support upgrades to minimize downtime.
• Provide Tier-3 support across three time zones for IT platforms.
