Formación

We’re seeking a Cloud Engineer for the SAS Cloud team in SAS’s Cloud and Information Services division. Your primary responsibility will be managing all aspects of our data management systems within SAS Cloud.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will :

• Collaborate closely with other SAS Cloud teams.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain container-based applications deployed in cloud container services.
• Resolve and test solutions for production issues in SAS applications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Configure, manage, monitor, and debug mid-tier software.
• Provide technical escalation support to team members.
• Enhance overall service quality by improving the customer experience with SAS Cloud services.
• At least 5 years of experience as a software or DevOps engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Unix / Linux environments.
• Experience with cloud providers, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages.
• Experience testing, supporting, and automating jobs.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
