Trimble is seeking a central Cloud & DevOps Engineer to design and operate public cloud services across AWS and Azure, focusing on reliability, security, and performance. You will partner with multiple engineering divisions and drive automation and AI/ML initiatives to elevate operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT operations with cloud experience, strong scripting skills, and proven hands-on in Windows/Linux, Git, and incident/change/capacity management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years IT operations focusing on networking, computing and storage
• 2+ years hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud environments
• Proficiency in deployable Windows/Linux environments, Git, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or .NET)
• Expertise in Incident, Change and Capacity Management with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead design and enhancement of shared AWS/Azure cloud services with emphasis on availability, performance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into cloud operations
• Identify and deploy automation solutions, incorporating AI/ML tools
• Establish runbooks, architecture frameworks and cloud best practices company-wide
• Provide escalation support and guidance to resolve critical operational challenges across global systems
