Trimble is seeking a Central Cloud & DevOps Engineer to architect, automate, and elevate public cloud services across multiple engineering divisions. You will lead the design, improve availability, performance, and security of AWS and Azure environments while collaborating with global teams.

The role emphasizes automation, AI/ML initiatives, incident and capacity management, and developing runbooks and architecture standards.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering/IS.
3+ years IT operations with networking, computing, and storage infrastructure.
2+ years hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in Windows/Linux, Git, and scripting (Python/PowerShell/.NET).
Experience in Incident/Change/Capacity Management and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

Design and enhance shared AWS/Azure cloud services with focus on availability, performance, security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into cloud operations.
Identify and deploy automation, AI/ML tools for value addition.
Establish runbooks and architecture standards for cloud environments.
Provide escalation support and guidance for global systems.
