In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, fostering enduring client relationships, and applying innovative technology to redefine customer engagement.

Salesforce Agentforce, our flagship innovation, harnesses real-time data analytics and AI to redefine Customer 360, enabling scalable, high-impact customer interactions.

The territory for this position will be commercial accounts in Mexico.

As part of our Agentforce Specialist selling team, you will craft customer engagement strategies and deliver groundbreaking results. We seek professionals with expertise in sophisticated technical sales, deep AI knowledge, cloud technologies, and B2B solutions architecture. You will collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges, demonstrating how Agentforce can address their critical business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Employ your sales expertise, incorporating new technologies and AI modeling, to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Sales team to find opportunities for Agentforce growth among current and new clients.
  3. Articulate how the Salesforce product stack, especially Agentforce, can deliver tailored solutions to transform customer engagement within existing architectures.
  4. Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze complex business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce’s capabilities can deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
  5. Source and qualify opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile.
  6. Lead discovery conversations to uncover clients’ critical needs and determine how Agentforce can serve as a solution.
  7. Assess clients’ sophisticated business needs through in-depth discovery sessions, demonstrating Agentforce’s value as a scalable solution.
  8. Develop and present compelling Points of View (PoVs) that highlight the tangible value of Agentforce to technical and business stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless client experience and demonstrate unified Salesforce engagement.
  10. Align solutions with clients’ strategic objectives.
  11. Combine deep discovery insights with your own perspectives to present relevant Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers.

What you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in highly technical B2B sales.
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent platform configuration, automation, API integration, etc.
  • Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, Data Cloud).
  • Strong business intuition for conducting technical discovery and aligning client needs with Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities.
  • Ability to explain AI models and solutions to non-technical clients, translating technical features into business value.
  • A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in technical environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology sales.

Skill-Set/Technologies: Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation, Cloud Data Warehouse, Cloud infrastructure, predictive modeling, Business Intelligence (Tableau), Salesforce Data Cloud.
