Cencora is seeking a Pharmacist Operating Assistant in Mexico to support the Depot Pharmacist and Auxiliary Pharmacist in depot tasks, ensuring proper reception, storage and shipment of materials.

You will work with CTM-Star to handle inbound, outbound and return processes, coordinate shipments with Logistics and Clinical Trials Supply Chain Services, and strictly follow SOPs. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Depot Pharmacists and Auxiliary Pharmacists in depot operations.
• Perform inbound, outbound and return processes on CTM-Star Operative System.
• Coordinate shipments between Logistics areas and the Clinical Trials Supply Chain Services Division.
• Follow SOPs for reception, storage and shipment of materials in the division.
• Control materials characteristics: ID number, expiration date, patient kits, temperature and storage conditions.
