Cencora is seeking a Pharmacist Operating Assistant in Mexico to support the Depot Pharmacist and Auxiliary Pharmacist in depot tasks, ensuring proper reception, storage and shipment of materials.

You will work with CTM-Star to handle inbound, outbound and return processes, coordinate shipments with Logistics and Clinical Trials Supply Chain Services, and strictly follow SOPs. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Job Details

I. Functions

• Give support and assistance to the Depot Pharmacist and Auxiliary Pharmacist in some Depot operating tasks.
• Perform on CTM-Star Operative System the processes related to the reception, shipment and return of Investigational drugs, Diagnostic kits, Devices, Clinical Samples, Clinical Material Supplies, CRF´s, etc.
• Be in charge of coordinating shipments between Logistics areas and the Clinical Trials Supply Chain Services Division (if applicable).
• Follow properly the Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) related to reception, storage and shipment of materials in the Clinical Trials Supply Chain Service Division.

II. Relationships

• Reports To: Depot Pharmacists. Auxiliary Pharmacists. Senior Pharmacist Operating Assistant.
• Works Closely with: Facility Logistics Manager. Logistic Operators.
• External relationship: WC Operations Area.

III. Responsibilities

• Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which contain specific instructions to take the steps concerned with reception, storage and shipment of materials.
• The Pharmacist Operating Assistant must have the training and capability required to control materials characteristics (described in their labels): ID number, expiration date, patient's kit, and temperature and storage conditions as well as any additional information that could be useful.
• Perform the Inbound, Outbound or Return processes on CTM-Star Operative System.
• Have deep knowledge and carry out relabeling, stock, balance and relocations processes developed at the Depot.
• Be in close contact with WC Operations on the shipments to be delivered to sites coordination (if applicable).
• Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.
