Overview

We are currently seeking a Manager, CTM (Clinical Trial Management) to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Manager of CTM at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring that they are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our clinical programs and supporting the advancement of innovative therapies.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Managing the overall operational aspects of clinical trial projects, from study initiation through to close-out.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop study plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Overseeing the performance of Clinical Trial Managers and study teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and internal policies throughout the trial process.
  • Identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials.
Qualifications

You are:

  • Degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in clinical trial management, with a proven track record of leading successful trials.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and GCP in clinical research.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex project challenges.
