ICON plc, a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, is hiring a Clinical Trial Associate in Mexico City with hybrid work options. You will assist with design and analysis of clinical trials, interpret complex medical data, and contribute to innovative treatments.

Responsibilities include coordinating trials, maintaining documentation, preparing informed consent forms and CRFs, and supporting cross-functional teams to keep trials on track.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Prior experience or strong interest in clinical research.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required (~10%).

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Prior experience or strong interest in clinical research.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
