Qualifications

• Titulación en ingeniería biomédica, enfermería o carrera afín en el área de salud.
• Se valora inglés fluido para comunicaciones con clientes y equipos internacionales.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en dispositivos médicos o entornos clínicos.

Responsibilities

• Educar y/o asesorar en sitio para clientes en Monterrey.
• Apoyar al personal de campo para brindar un servicio óptimo a los clientes.
• Colaborar con ventas para desarrollar planes dentro de una o varias unidades de negocio.
• Participar en convenciones, foros y reuniones para ampliar el conocimiento del producto.
• Trabajar con el jefe clínico y el equipo de ventas para brindar asistencia en casos de clientes y ventas.
• Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y facilitar su ejecución con el equipo de ventas y apoyo clínico.

Responsibilities

• Llevar a cabo educación y/o consultoría en sitio
• Apoyar al personal de campo para proporcionar el mejor resultado y servicio posible a los clientes de Medtronic
• Asociarse con colegas de ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas para dentro de una o más unidades de negocio
• Participar en convenciones, foros y reuniones para aumentar el conocimiento del producto
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el jefe clínico, la dirección clínica y el equipo de ventas regional para proporcionar asistencia en casos de clientes y ventas
• Identificar y facilitar la ejecución de oportunidades de crecimiento con el equipo de ventas y apoyo clínico.
• Servir como un recurso técnico para apoyar las ventas de un producto médico específico o solución

Qualifications

• Carrera universitária concluída de Ingenieria Biomedica, Lisenciatura en Enfermeria y/o carreara con experiencia en campo de salud
• Inglés fluido
• Tres años de experiencia relevante en empresas de dispositivos médicos
• Experiencia entrando a quirófano
• Experiencia interactuando de manera directa con pacientes (post cirugía)
• Se valora si cuenta con experiencia en portafolios de Neuromodulación
• Disponibilidad para viajar
• Ubicación del puesto: Monterrey, Nuevo León
