Esta posición requiere conocimientos técnicos en productos médicos y habilidades de comunicación efectiva, además de una experiencia mínima de 6 años o un diploma de asociado. A Day in the Life

Clinical Specialist DBS

Responsabilidades pueden incluir los siguientes y pueden ser asignados a otras tareas. Realiza educación in situ o consultoría. Se asocia con colegas de ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas dentro de una o más unidades de negocio. Colabora estrechamente con el equipo de plomo clínico, gestión clínica y comercial Regional para proporcionar al cliente caja y soporte de ventas. Identifica y facilita la ejecución de oportunidades de crecimiento de ventas y equipo de apoyo clínico. Sirve como un recurso técnico para apoyar las ventas de un producto médico específico o una solución.

PROGRESIÓN DE CARRERA DEL ESPECIALISTA DE MEDTRONIC: Por lo general, un contribuyente individual con responsabilidad en una disciplina o especialidad profesional. Entrega y/o gestiona proyectos asignados y trabaja con otras partes interesadas para lograr los resultados deseados. Puede actuar como mentor de colegas o puede dirigir el trabajo de otros profesionales de nivel inferior. La mayor parte del tiempo se dedica a entregar y supervisar los proyectos, desde el diseño hasta la implementación, mientras se adhiere a las políticas, utilizando conocimientos especializados y habilidades normalmente adquiridas a través de la educación avanzada.

Conocimientos y experiencia esenciales: Requiere conocimientos prácticos y competencia demostrada dentro del área de trabajo que típicamente se adquieren mediante la combinación de educación avanzada y experiencia.

• Diploma de escuela secundaria con un mínimo de 6 años de experiencia relevante; o

• Diploma de Asociado con un mínimo de 4 años de experiencia relevante
