About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Client Implementation Coordinator to join our growing Caller Base AI team in Mérida. You’ll be the key player responsible for setting up new client environments, configuring intelligent call flows, training virtual AI agents, working with our developers on integrations, and ensuring our clients experience a seamless onboarding process. This is a client-facing role that requires fluency in English, technical confidence using voice-AI, and a problem-solving mindset.
