About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Client Implementation Coordinator to join our growing Caller Base AI team in Mérida. You’ll be the key player responsible for setting up new client environments, configuring intelligent call flows, training virtual AI agents, working with our developers on integrations, and ensuring our clients experience a seamless onboarding process. This is a client-facing role that requires fluency in English, technical confidence using voice-AI, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll work at the intersection of operations, customer experience, and AI-enabled technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding for new Caller Base clients
  • Build, train and monitor virtual voice agents
  • Configure call routing logic, workflows, and triggers
  • Collaborate with developers to implement integrations (e.g., CRM, ticketing tools)
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for client implementation
  • Communicate directly with US-based clients to understand needs and deliver solutions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline setup processes or improve customer experience
  • Participate in platform testing and feedback loops

Preferred Background

  • 2+ years in a business analyst, onboarding specialist, or tech support role
  • Experience working with AI, SaaS or call routing platforms a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and/or Twilio preferred
  • Bonus: Prompting and training experience with LLM's

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-friendly
  • Must be based in Mérida and available during EST hours
