Job summary

Applaudo is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Claude Readiness Program on a 2-month contractor basis. You will work with client engineering teams to adopt Claude apps, Claude Code, Claude Cowork and the Claude API, delivering deep-dive sessions and live support.

Ideal candidates have production experience with Claude tools, MCP, and cloud AI platforms like Bedrock or Vertex AI, plus strong English communication and ownership of response times in a live channel.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on production experience with Claude API and Claude Code.
• Solid knowledge of MCP and agent patterns including tools and subagents.
• Ability to read and debug production-style code in Java or React.
• Hands-on experience with Bedrock or Vertex AI.
• Advanced English fluency to support US-based teams in live sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and run four technical deep-dive sessions on Claude, Claude Code, Claude API, MCP and agents around client work.
• Answer engineers’ questions in the shared channel within the same or next business day.
• Host weekly office hours for live walkthroughs and hands-on help.
• Score the readiness assessment and feed results into remediation plans.
• Review learning paths and assessments to match engineers’ day-to-day tasks.
• Document answers, code snippets and recordings in the knowledge base.
