Job summary

Applaudo seeks an AI Engineer with production experience in Claude tools to join the Claude Readiness Program as a certified specialist collaborating with client engineering teams adopting Claude apps, Claude Code, Claude Cowork and the Claude API.

You will design four technical deep‑dive sessions, answer questions promptly, host weekly office hours, and assess readiness with remediation plans, ensuring high‑quality knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Claude API and Claude Code.
• Solid knowledge of MCP and agent patterns.
• Ability to read and debug production‑style code in Java or React.
• Hands‑on with Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
• Advanced English fluency for live sessions and written support.

Responsibilities

• Design and run four technical deep‑dive sessions on Claude, Claude Code, the Claude API, MCP and agents.
• Answer engineers’ technical questions in the shared channel within the same or next business day.
• Host weekly office hours for live walkthroughs and hands‑on help.
• Score the hands‑on readiness assessment and feed results to remediation plans.
• Review learning paths and assessments to match engineers’ day‑to‑day tasks.
• Document answers, code snippets and session recordings in the knowledge base.
