Job summary

Konfio MX is seeking an AI engineering professional to develop and maintain agents for Risk and Collections. You will leverage Claude and related tooling to create a fast, cost-efficient processing platform that produces verifiable findings for other systems.

You will enable secure, auditable external access for collection agencies, applying strict access controls and per-user audit trails while closely collaborating with the Risk Data Science team to validate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered risk/collections apps with Claude or similar LLMs.
• 3+ years deploying Python in production and strong SQL skills.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization in web apps (OIDC/Okta).
• DevOps skills: Git, CI/CD (GitLab CI), and AWS at developer level.
• Bonus: experience with credit/collections, Claude SDK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI agents (KI Forensics) for Risk and Collections.
• Publish structured, evidence-backed findings from agents.
• Implement parallel processing and optimize LLM costs (caching, batching, routing).
• Ensure secure, auditable access for external agencies with per-user trails.
• Collaborate with Risk Data Science to validate findings and incorporate feedback.
