Confie in Tijuana is seeking a claims analyst to investigate, evaluate, and settle auto liability and physical damage claims. You will identify exposure, triage issues, and deliver service aligned with company standards in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of claims experience, solid MS Office skills, and strong negotiation and analytical abilities. College education is desirable; good teamwork and communication are essential.

Formación

• 1–3 years of claims experience in auto liability or physical damage.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• College degree is desirable.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation and analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex auto claims.
• Assess coverage, liability, damages and reserve accuracy.
• Handle claims with multiple features identified during investigation.
• Identify bodily injury exposures and triage accordingly.
• Manage claims involving catastrophes and complex coverage issues.
• Deliver customer service per company guidelines.
• Identify red flags and refer potential fraud to SIU.

Job Description

Responsible for the investigation, evaluation,disposition, and settlement of complex claims and moderate exposures. Thisincludes the investigation, determination, and evaluation of coverage,liability and damages, and the setting of proper reserves.

1. Handling claims which may have multiple featuresidentified upon report or likely to arise during the investigation of the claimincluding collision, comprehensive, physical damage and unrepresented injuryclaims

2. Identify and triage possible bodily injuryexposures

3. Responsible for claims that result fromcatastrophes including:

• Hurricane/Wind losses

4. Responsible for claims that may involvesignificant/multiple coverage issues including:

• Unlisted driver operating vehicle at time of loss
• Unlisted vehicle being operated at time of loss
• Non-permissive user of vehicle at time of loss
• Other loss to VIN/Policy
• Business Use
• Loss within 10 days of coverage, change, inception or expiration

5. Responsible for claims involving all types of autoaccidents from single vehicle to complex multi vehicle losses

6. Responsible for rental management and tow storagemitigation

7. Deliver Customer Service according to companyexpectations

8. Responsible for processing claims involving:

• Complex liability investigations

9. Identifying red flags and referring possible fraudto the SIU team

Requirements

Scholarship: College (Desirable)

Specialized knowledge: Claims

Computer knowledge: MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) Intermediate to advanced

Experience: 1 to 2 years of claims experience in auto liability and physical damage preferred, customer service, negotiation, analytical thinking
