Aon Corporation busca un/una Claim Technician para apoyar la administración y procesamiento de reclamaciones de reaseguro, asegurando precisión y seguimiento oportuno a lo largo del ciclo de vida de las reclamaciones.

El puesto es híbrido, con flexibilidad para trabajar de forma virtual y desde la oficina local, mientras se colabora con equipos internacionales y se brinda mentoría a nuevos integrantes del equipo.

Formación

• Licenciatura y/o experiencia profesional equivalente.
• Dominio avanzado de inglés y español, tanto escrito como oral.
• Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de MS Office.
• Habilidades analíticas y numéricas sólidas.
• Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
• Proactividad y orientación al servicio al cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión de reclamaciones entrantes y consultas a través de sistemas de gestión de trabajo.
• Análisis y procesamiento de reclamaciones de reaseguro para generar facturas y notificaciones a reaseguradores.
• Apoyo en la recaudación y recuperación de reclamaciones de reaseguradores.
• Mantenimiento de expedientes de reclamaciones completos y registros históricos.
• Revisión de comunicaciones y documentación para asegurar calidad y precisión.
• Colaboración estrecha con los Defensores de Reclamaciones para resolver discrepancias.
• Uso de herramientas y sistemas de la industria para reportes y procesamiento.
• Mentorizar a nuevos integrantes del equipo y contribuir a iniciativas departamentales.

What the Day Will Look Like

In this role, you will support the administration and processing of reinsurance claims, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely follow-up throughout the claims lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming claims and inquiries through work management systems.
• Analyzing and processing reinsurance claims to generate billings, notifications to reinsurers, and confirmations to clients.
• Supporting the collection and recovery of claims from reinsurers.
• Maintaining complete and accurate claims files and historical records.
• Reviewing claim-related communications and documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Working closely with Claim Advocates to resolve coverage discrepancies, claim issues, and client or reinsurer inquiries.
• Utilizing industry tools and systems to support claim reporting and processing activities.
• Mentoring new team members and contributing to team-specific initiatives.
