Cerebras busca un manager entusiasta e innovador para unirse a su equipo. La persona seleccionada liderará un equipo dentro del vertical de Experiencia de Restaurante, colaborando en el diseño de nuevos procesos y analizando datos estratégicos. Se requieren 4 años de experiencia en manejo de equipos de ventas y habilidades analíticas. Ofrecemos un entorno dinámico y la oportunidad de hacer una gran diferencia en nuestra empresa.

Formación

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and proactive manager. You should be a quick thinker, strategic, creative, and possess leadership skills to build a strong team. You will be responsible for executing company objectives and strategies, ensuring your team meets KPIs. The role also involves establishing solid relationships with high-value partners and maximizing their potential and profitability.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a team within the Restaurant Experience vertical, ensuring goals are met.
  • Collaborating with different teams to design and implement new processes across the region.
  • Supporting data analysis for strategic initiatives and special projects related to existing business, new products, and expanding markets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitoring metrics, KPIs, and customer satisfaction, and creating action plans for improvement.
  • Working with other leaders and departments to ensure strategy and process consistency.
  • Generating and presenting performance reports, tracking objectives, and identifying improvement opportunities.

What are the requirements to join this neon universe?

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing sales teams, regional commercial strategies, with a focus on high-value clients.
  • Passion for a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment that contributes to company growth.
  • Data-oriented mindset and analytical skills with great attention to detail and a practical approach.
  • Ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources.
  • Process-driven with strong skills to build processes from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
