We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and proactive manager. You should be a quick thinker, strategic and creative, with leadership skills to build a strong team. You will be responsible for executing company objectives and strategies, ensuring your team's KPI fulfillment. The role also involves establishing solid relationships with high-value partners and maximizing the potential and profitability of business partners.

As Part of Rappi, You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Leading and motivating a team within the Restaurant Experience vertical, ensuring objectives and goals are met.
  • Collaborating with different teams to design and implement new processes across the region.
  • Supporting data analysis for strategic initiatives and special projects related to existing business, new products, and expanding markets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitoring metrics, KPIs, and customer satisfaction, and creating action plans to improve results.
  • Collaborating with other leaders and departments to ensure strategic coherence and process alignment.
  • Generating and presenting performance reports, tracking objectives, and identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing sales teams, handling regional commercial strategies, especially with high-value clients.
