Formación

• 4+ years experience in software engineering excluding internship.
• 2+ years experience with Python and cloud computing (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Experience leading technical teams preferred.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be part of a team that drives transformation within an innovative company. Your expertise in distributed microservices and full stack systems will help create solutions that meet regulatory needs.

You will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers. Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, and mentoring others.

Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences. Utilize tools like Python, Javascript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and AWS tools and services.

Requirements:

• Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
• At least 2 years of experience with Python
• At least 2 years of experience with React or Angular
• At least 2 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS or Google Cloud)
• Experience or knowledge of observability
• Experience or knowledge with unit & integration testing
• Experience or knowledge with GraphQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• 2 years leading technical teams
