The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Banking & Financial Services, excellent communication skills, and expertise in data tools. This is a long-term remote position based in Mexico.

Associate Principal - BFS Data Analysis & Wealth Management

Location: Mexico (Remote)

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business and data analysis in the Wealth Management domain, focusing on enhancing portfolio performance through strategic planning.
• Develop and implement effective data analysis strategies to drive business growth and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Maintain the accuracy, security, and compliance of all financial data, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences through workshops, presentations, and reports, utilizing clear and concise communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) and Wealth Management, with a strong track record of success.
• Expert knowledge of portfolio management, data modeling, and financial analysis, including proficiency with analytical tools and databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote, multicultural teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
