Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, aligning cost analyses and monitoring project progress.
- Conduct economic studies and refine tools for better financial oversight, using insights to recommend optimisations.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in transportation and cross-docking, implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Pursue and recommend new technologies and best practices.
- Analyze data to optimize processes and measure improvements.
- Communicate and train stakeholders on new processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adjust changes based on feedback.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and mitigate operational risks.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain roles, including project management, supply chain engineering, or similar fields.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, especially in transport operations.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Spanish; other European languages are advantageous.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies, such as data analytics software, project management software, and simulation tools.
