Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities in power grid automation, guiding the sales process from bid preparation to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, aligning them with market needs and customer expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Track key performance metrics, budgets, and sales forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or related).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in energy sector sales, with a focus on technological products and solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and leading commercial teams to achieve growth objectives.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English.
