Lead Financial Operations

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations across multiple countries.

This role involves ensuring compliance, managing cash with precision, and being a key partner in our next fundraising stage.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of finance experience, preferably with a Big 4 background (Audit, Tax, or Advisory), and experience in an in-house finance role at a scale-up, multinational, or high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage treasury operations, including payments, taxes, compliance, and legal obligations in Portugal, Spain, and Mexico
  • Lead financial forecasting, cash flow, and treasury management
  • Partner with founder on fundraising and investor relations (equity and debt)
  • Build dashboards and reporting structures that provide clarity and decision-making support

As a member of our team, you will work closely with the founder, operations, people & culture, and external auditors, tax advisors, and legal partners across jurisdictions.

Requirements include analytical, detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage complexity across multiple jurisdictions and balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking.
