A leading real estate services firm seeks an engineer to provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring quality standards and timely activities completion. Ideal candidates should have a background in electric, mechanical, or industrial engineering and be proficient in English. What is your day-to-day like?

Providing strategic, tactical, and operational leadership, guiding team activities.

Ensuring engineering activities are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Ensuring maintenance of client assets meets applicable maintenance standards.

Supporting technical teams and central ES teams on technical matters.

Ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance programs, generating information in a timely manner.

Ensuring prompt attention to corrective maintenance generated by each client, documenting response times in different systems.

Maintaining close communication with clients to inform them of progress on preventive maintenance programs and corrective maintenance.

Ensuring that all services performed by teams are documented through reports and/or automated management systems.

Ensuring teams have all necessary resources for assigned tasks (tools, vehicles, uniforms, stationery, consumables, spare parts, expenses, etc.).

Desired experience and technical skills:

Electric, mechanical, or industrial engineer, with or without a degree. Intermediate English level. Practical knowledge of tools and techniques for Best Practices.
