A leading manufacturing company based in Mexico City is seeking an experienced professional to develop and industrialize new products and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical or Materials Engineering, advanced English skills, and 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include leading operational improvements and working collaboratively across teams to implement innovative solutions.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• Advanced level of English is a must.
• 2-5 years experience in manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and industrialize new products and technologies.
• Deploy products and technologies including processes and equipment.
• Lead operational improvements in manufacturing.
• Direct projects aimed at improving costs, quality, and productivity.
• Suggest and support new technologies implementation.
• Work with diverse team members to achieve objectives.
• Develop knowledge and capitalize on advancements.

Conocimientos

Engineering Degree, Chemical & Materials Engineering

Advanced English

Manufacturing processes experience

Statistical analysis (CPK, PPK, DOE)

Knowledge in PFMEA, Action Plan, PCP, QRQC
