The role of a Channel Marketing Manager at Canonical
Canonical is seeking a channel marketing manager responsible for developing strategic relationships with a set of global partners. Canonical partners with leading companies in technology across public cloud (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Oracle…), silicon (ARM, Intel, Qualcomm, Mediatek, Nvidia, Xilinx…), hardware vendors (Dell, HP, HPE, Lenovo). As our business increasingly depends on partners, the scope of our partnership grows annually (GSI, software vendors, IoT…). We are looking for an individual who will drive successful marketing activities with our partners and shape our partner programs.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technology marketing, and the use of technology in marketing. They prefer an environment emphasizing ownership of campaigns, collaboration, learning, curiosity, and continuous improvement. They enjoy problem-solving, hands-on work, experimentation, measurement, and automation to streamline daily tasks.
This role reports to the Head of Channel Marketing.
Location: This role will be based remotely in the Americas region.
