Formación

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, strategic planning and commercial execution.
• Strong English communication skills in written and spoken form.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and channel strategies.

Job Description

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Country Activation Marketer you will play a key role for marketing in the division of Industrial Adhesives and Tapes, in Mexico City. In this role you will be activate marketing plans driving share gain through demand generation and program execution, provide relevant insights and input into area and global.

The impact you will make in this role

• Drive local market growth by shaping marketing plans, gathering competitive and customer insights, supporting product launch readiness, and ensuring country-specific requirements are reflected in programs and portfolio decisions.
• Execute country-level demand generation through localized communications, media, social, and events to build awareness, grow audiences, and convert demand through channel partners.
• Support go-to-market execution with channel communications, training, eCommerce readiness, syndication, and partner prioritization to strengthen sales enablement and channel performance.
• Lead local promotional and product support by aligning with sales and area teams on calendars, translations, technical content, training, and local market requirements.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Business and Marketing education concluded
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, strategic planning and commercial execution.
• Written and conversational advanced English level

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellence in marketing disciplines (price, portfolio, end-user, channel, communication)
• Knows the customers and market dynamics, key market trends and familiarity with product portfolio
• Attends joint calls with sales reps to promote products, promotions etc. at least # days per month
• Has the personality to convince and engage sales teams
• B2B experience

Work Location

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M office in Santa Fe, CDMX.

Travel

May include up to 35% domestic travel
