Job Title:

Change Manager Sr

Job Description

Concentrix is seeking a Change Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the change management strategy and plan, working closely with project teams and internal business partners to ensure operational success and drive end-user adoption.

We are looking for a professional with strong leadership, critical thinking, and initiative, able to build strong relationships, influence, and innovate to maximize adoption and ensure a positive end-user experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead complex change programs or manage significant parts of larger initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive impact analyses to assess change complexity.
  • Design and execute enablement strategies, including training & communications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver end-to-end technology enablement.
  • Identify and implement improvements to change management strategies & methodology.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and business partners.
  • Prepare executive presentations and manage change-related risks & issues.

What we’re looking for:

  • Advanced/Fluent English level (mandatory)
  • 6+ years in complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience (Indirect Channel Sales a plus).
  • Proven track record in Sales-focused change management programs.
  • Familiarity with Finance, Compensation, and IT initiatives.
  • Strong foundation in change management principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organized, energetic, and creative professional.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Business Management, or related field.
