Job summary

Mondelez México is seeking a Finance Planning & Performance Management professional to oversee the financial integrity and performance of a country/region. You will support the Senior Manager in data collection, verify assumptions, and help deliver reporting and insights for strategic decisions.

In this role you will own planning processes, drive improvements, ensure controls and compliance, and collaborate with a high-performing finance team to advance local FP&A initiatives and develop talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and performance management across KPIs.
• Understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry and local market dynamics.
• Experience partnering with the business and cross-functional teams.
• Strong data collection, modeling and reporting skills.
