A Day In The Life

As a Catman Manager, you must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Under the CATMAN director's responsibility, jointly grow the Health & Beauty market and over-proportionally Division, through:
  • A strategic alignment with retailers.
  • A superior understanding of shopper needs and behaviors.
  • Developing a triple win (L’Oréal, Retailer, and shopper) strategy, an adequate mix activation plan, and P&L management of the category.
  • Building trustful relationships with counterparts at retailers, gaining category captaincies, monitoring category project rollouts, and regularly updating the Catman director.
  • Acting as the referent for category questions. Supporting the commercial team in business plan alignment with retailers, using shopper and category insights, market and category reviews, and retailer presentations.
  • Assisting in internal arbitration between brands when needed, with fact-based recommendations.
