CATMAN ANALYST

Administrative Position

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Estado de Mexico - Interlomas' General Offices.

As Catman Leader, you will:

• Data analysis and dashboard creation in PowerBI for business tracking and insights, including measurement of sales fundamentals (distribution, shelf, price, merchandising).
• Present business results verbally and in writing.
• Design planograms aligned with Walmart strategies.
• Coordinate with Walmart modular and merchant teams to drive category growth based on data and performance.
• Develop team capabilities through training and process improvements.
• Additional sales experience (KAM or trade marketing) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Residency in CDMX or EDOMEX.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Actuarial Science.
• 2-3 years of relevant Catman experience in consumer goods.
• Operational discipline and assertive communication.
• Strong Excel skills, proficient in PowerBI, JDA Space Planning, Nielsen databases.

Preferred:

• Shopper Psychology certifications.
• Intermediate Microsoft Access skills.
• Experience with Planogram Generator.
