Etéreo, Auberge Collection is seeking an experienced Event Manager to design and deliver dream events for guests, from weddings to corporate retreats, within the Riviera Maya luxury setting.

The role involves planning, site visits, vendor coordination, budgeting, and close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure flawless execution and ROI-focused profitability.

• 4+ years of progressive event management experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a luxury-service mindset.
• Ability to manage high-level events and guest experiences.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct short and long-term planning and management of events.
• Conduct site inspections and planning visits.
• Evaluate each piece of business to ensure events are properly serviced.
• Assembles creative and innovative events based on internal capabilities or outsources to qualified vendors.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate all aspects of catering events, including menu selection, tastings, logistics, staffing, and execution.
• Administers various phases of events, including pre planning, planning, marketing, sales, servicing, and administrative procedures; including billing and collection of money.
• Conducts pre and post-event meetings as required to review/communicate group needs and feedback.
• Manage revenue and profitability associated with events always with a ROI mentality.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and event requirements to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and manage catering budgets, pricing structures, and profit margins, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations and quality standards.
• Work with remote Sales team.
• Work closely with the banquet team to ensure the proper execution of events.
