Job summary

Still Sverige Ab is seeking an IT Procurement professional to manage sub-categories and suppliers, conduct RFx, and oversee indirect IT procurement including SaaS/IaaS, cloud, and network infrastructure.

You will support category strategy development, perform market analyses, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain strategic supplier relationships. Travel up to 10% may be required to engage with suppliers and other Dematic locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree ideally in IT, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
• Prefer 5+ years of IT procurement experience.
• Experience in indirect category management and SaaS/IT licensing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT category strategy in collaboration with Category Lead.
• Conduct market analyses and RFx activities aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers on delivery, quality and price; manage supplier base.
• Maintain supplier relationships and contract management (NDAs, long-term contracts).
• Support regional and global indirect procurement initiatives.

Job description

Responsible for managing sub-categories and suppliers which entails conducting sourcing activities, running Rfx's and managing suppliers for Indirect IT Categories (enterprise and business apps, SaaS/IaaS, network infrastructure, hardware and IT professional services)

We offer:

• Support the development and implementation of the category strategy and align the supplier portfolio together with the Category Lead.
• Conduct market analyses and Rfx's in line with business requirements as identified with the stakeholder.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers in terms of delivery, quality and price. Manage and develop the supply base, to achieve our targets in delivery, quality, cost and innovation.
• Maintain and develop relationships with strategic suppliers including contract management (NDA's, Long Term- / Supply Contracts etc).
• Monitor and manage influences on performance and achievements on the Procurement's KPIs, in line with local requirements and rules.
• Support in regional and global Indirect Procurement initiatives.

Tasks and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree ideally in IT, Supply Chain Management, or Business;
• Preferred 5 years of experience at a minimum in IT Procurement.
• Indirect category management experience - strong understanding of IT and software business and procurement concepts, including software licensing, cloud architecture, IT labor SOWs, and software-as-a-service
• Contract management skills; including a working understanding of contractual terms and conditions and risk mitigation
• Knowledge and strong utilization of Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with peers and management
• Must be willing to travel to suppliers and/or other Dematic locations as needed up to 10%.
