Job summary

JOYSONQUIN Automotive Systems México seeks a seasoned Purchasing professional to manage acquisition tasks and drive supplier nominations for new programs in alignment with project schedules. You will identify suppliers, negotiate best terms, and finalize contracts with compliant documentation.

The role requires 5 years of automotive purchasing experience and an MBA or equivalent, plus advanced English. You will lead cost-reduction efforts, support Change Management, and contribute to KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master in Business Administration is required.
• 5 years automotive experience in Purchasing.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Purchase tasks in acquisition and nominated new projects.
• Identify new suitable suppliers.
• Acquire products and services at best conditions from the market according to specifications.
• Plausibilize supplier offers and lead negotiations for cost reduction.
• Develop nomination strategy for new programs.
• Prepare nomination documents and present to General Management.
• Nomination of suppliers for Purchase scope in line with project schedule.
• Finalize supplier contracts and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify and execute saving actions to reach Purchasing targets.
• Execute Change Management in new projects.
• Elaborate and propose KPI reports to the manager.
• Promote and coordinate continuous improvement in the department.
