Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks a Supplier Development Lead to drive containment, recovery, and capability building across global commodities. The role is hands-on, cross-functional, and requires coordinating with Operations, Quality, and engineering teams to deliver structured improvement plans.

Travel up to 50% to supplier sites is expected; proficiency in English is essential, and experience in casting or forging manufacturing is highly valued.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in English

Responsabilidades

• Containment & Recovery: Lead containment actions with Operations and Quality and coordinate rapid response initiatives.
• RRCA investigations to resolve critical quality or delivery issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor improvement plans with KPI tracking and plan review checkpoints.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure sustainable transitions and closed-loop feedback.
• Lead supplier development and capability building with roadmaps, maturity models and training.
• Align with Commodity Managers and Engineering for readiness on new programs and ramp-ups.
• Monitor progress, sustainment planning, and long-term supplier performance.
• Travel to supplier sites up to 50% and apply CASTING/FORGING manufacturing knowledge.
