The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 role is an intermediate position responsible for managing technology projects across the system development lifecycle in coordination with the Transaction Services team at Citi. The goal is to research and implement sustainable tech solutions, improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven SDLC skills.
• Proficient understanding of emerging technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Research, identify and recommend technology capabilities to reduce client inquiries and manual touch points.
• Research treasury trends and suggest solutions for operations.
• Partner with vendors, technology and client operations teams to prototype solutions.
• Propose and implement solutions to increase operating efficiency and client experience.
• Assist efforts to drive high rates of client adoption.
• Ensure requirements are stated and business/client needs are met during development.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policy and ethics; escalate as needed.
