Citi is seeking an intermediate Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 in Mexico City to manage technology projects across the system development lifecycle within the Transaction Services team. The role focuses on researching and implementing sustainable technology solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs while aligning with Citigroup policies.

Responsibilities include proposing innovative solutions to reduce client inquiries, prototyping with vendors and operations, and ensuring business needs

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Research, identify and recommend technology capabilities that enable reduction of client inquiries and manual touch points.
• Research current treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions.
• Propose and implement solutions that increase operating efficiency and client experience.
• Assist efforts to drive high adoption rates among clients.
• Ensure requirements are clearly stated and that business and client needs are met throughout development.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, Citigroup policies, and regulatory requirements.
