As a Product Intern for the Cash Loan team, you’ll dive into digital lending, improving user experience, building documentation, and helping ship impactful features. Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal, and Localization teams to bring solutions to life. We seek curious, organized, and proactive individuals who thrive in ambiguity, ask questions, and love solving problems. Role Responsibilities

• Support the product team in enhancing the local experience of the cash loan product for the Mexican market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, compliance, and tone.
• Gather insights from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Work with national and international teams to understand fintech product operations at scale.
• Ensure consistency in communication, layout, and behavior across touchpoints.
• Contribute directly to the product’s user experience and trust.
