International Schools Partnership Limited seeks an Educational Specialist to empower teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating effective teaching and learning programs. You will analyze student data to identify needs and inform targeted interventions, while designing and delivering professional learning aligned with school priorities.

You will model best teaching practices, mentor staff, and collaborate with school leadership to drive whole-school improvement and inclusive education

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree required in psychology or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to analyse student data to inform practice.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and delivering professional learning.
  • Experience supporting diverse learners and inclusive education.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Support teachers to plan, implement, and evaluate effective teaching and learning programs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Psychology or equivalent (required)
Experience
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective classroom teacher.
  • Experience supporting teachers through coaching, mentoring, or professional learning.
  • Experience implementing evidence-based intervention programs.
  • Experience working with diverse learners, including students with additional learning needs.
  • Experience contributing to whole-school improvement initiatives (desirable).
