Arrive Logistics in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Carrier Relations Clerk to support accounts payable by providing administrative and clerical assistance. You will review emails from carriers and factoring companies, help resolve exceptions, and work closely with our customer, carrier, and accounting teams to keep payments moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a service role, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in a service-oriented role preferred.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in tense situations.
• Problem-solve independently or collaboratively as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide great customer service by answering inbound inquiries from carriers.
• Assist in resolving carrier bill exceptions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Track and monitor outstanding issues assigned to you.
• Perform administrative tasks including document retrieval.
• Navigate programs to validate payments details and documents.
• Escalate higher level issues to Specialists as needed.
• Represent Arrive through professional communication with carriers by phone and email.
