To support the design, implementation, and deployment of the innovation process (with focus on RACU framework) and innovation culture across all Sigma.
Main Responsibilities
- Innovation Processes & Methodologies
- Design of case studies, specialized content (videos, images, surveys, technical reports, etc.).
- Track and measure RACU projects and trainings and their impact on creating value for the organization.
- Manage the RACU website and report metrics on content usage.
- Support the design, documentation, and deployment of the innovation process across the organization, including internal communication contents to promote engagement, understanding, and alignment.
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing training sessions on the innovation process (awareness, tools, and methods).
- Facilitate RACU trainings and update content to stay current, add value, and align with agility.
- Support the execution of innovation collaboration workshops related to RACU methods and tools.
- Maintain and update global guidelines and KPIs for the innovation process and products.
- Research and investigate new innovation processes, methodologies, tools, and partners.
- Identify best practices for managing and documenting innovation projects under the RACU framework.
- Create, enable, and promote forums for sharing and discussing learnings of the innovation process (RACU community).
- Support deployment and training programs for RACU champions in each Business Unit.
Innovation Culture
- Support the design, communication, and alignment of innovation culture and RACU mindset activities across the organization.
- Assist in designing the innovation culture program.
- Design and experiment with innovation culture initiatives.
- Maintain IT tools supporting the innovation culture program.
Cross Fertilization
- Coordinate with other departments involved in innovation projects and promote internal and external networking.
- Support assessment and prioritization of opportunities in innovation processes and methodologies, leveraging synergies aligned with business and innovation strategies.
- Facilitate communication, engagement, and coordination among key stakeholders to promote innovation and a culture of innovation within Sigma.
Languages: English and Spanish. Very good communication skills, both written and verbal, to present clearly, simplify complex topics, train, and influence decision-making.
Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in an FMCG company. Familiarity with innovation or new product development is a plus.
- International experience is also a plus, as participation in global projects and multicultural environments is required. Availability to travel is necessary.
Education
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Good planning and analytical abilities; strategic thinking.

- Bilingual: English & Spanish required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences, including senior management.
