A leading food company in Nuevo León seeks a candidate to design and manage commercial strategies for its Plant Based Business Unit. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing revenue, and supporting key account negotiations. Candidates must possess advanced English proficiency and resilience, along with an availability for domestic travel.

Formación

Descripción del empleo

Design, implement, and manage the Regional Commercial Infrastructure for the Plant Based Business Unit, leveraging innovative Business Models, balancing internal and external resources, sequencing sales channels, and developing a deep understanding of current and potential customers to define the best way to deliver Plant Based solutions. Responsible for satisfying customer needs and growing Plant Based revenues & profits.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop Regional Commercial Strategy to grow the Plant Based Business Unit according to business guidelines such as Gross Profit, Point of Sale Rotation, and Net Funding.
  2. Understand and implement the optimal commercial strategy for each channel related to the Plant Based Category.
  3. Lead the Category Management process to leverage main sales drivers for the Plant-Based category.
  4. Identify and define the best "road to market" for each solution based on the consumer's journey.
  5. Define and implement distribution channel sequences and sales strategies for each.
  6. Lead RACU tests implementation with customers in coordination with Plant Based R&D and Marketing teams, as well as Sigma's functional areas.
  7. Define and manage Revenue Management strategies, particularly on trade spend, pricing, and discounts, in collaboration with Sigma's Core teams.
  8. Design and manage trade marketing strategies to attract shoppers' attention.
  9. Identify and oversee execution at targeted touchpoints within the point of sale.
  10. Support Sigma's Key Account Managers in negotiations (exhibitions, promotions, inclusions, and POS activities) with key regional customers.
  11. Participate in and support training and mentoring of newly hired regional Champions.
